Cleaning and maintenance methods

1. Before using paint or paint, please test the spray gun kit with clean water to make sure that the spray gun is not blocked before you can spray normally.
2. Please use water-based liquid foundation, do not use oily liquid foundation, you need to use the special liquid foundation of the spray gun, otherwise it will block the nozzle. It is recommended to use professional spray gun cosmetic foundation.
3. If the spray gun cannot spray liquid, the fluid control knob may be too tight, please adjust the tail screw. Or maybe the nozzle is clogged. Please remove and clean the nozzle. Please refill the cup with alcohol or detergent, and then block the needle cover with finger spray. Air flows back to the nozzle to clean the paint left on the spray gun. Please repeat one time. After that, please wipe off the remaining solvent and dry the spray gun to avoid staining or rusting. Convenient to use next time.
4. After 30 minutes of continuous use. The air compressor should be turned off for a few minutes to allow it to cool down. After that, the air compressor can be used again, thereby extending its service life.
5. When using acrylic paint, please dilute the acrylic paint with water instead of diluent.
6. After each use of the spray gun, please clean the liquid cup and spray head thoroughly with clean water or cleaning agent in time, and do not stain the paint to avoid clogging of the spray head or uneven spraying.
7. The nozzle of this spray gun is only 0.4mm, so it can only spray watercolor paints, inks and appropriately diluted paints. If the liquid is too thick, please dilute it with water or thinner. (Note: The concentration of paint and thinner cannot be adjusted higher.
8. In general, we recommend using the following cleaners for different formulas: For alcohol formulas, please select 99% alcohol or 99% isopropanol: as a safe option.
