Operating instructionsï¼
1. Check the oil level, and it is appropriate to fill oil to the center of the oil mark when the pump is stopped. Too low can not play the role of oil seal on the exhaust valve, affect the vacuum degree is too high, may cause the air starting oil injection. During operation, the oil level is elevated, which is a normal phenomenon. The oil is clean vacuum pump oil of specified grade and added through the refueling hole. After refueling, screw up the plug. The oil should be filtered to avoid sundries entering and blocking the oil hole.
2. The pump can be started at one time through the atmosphere or any vacuum degree. If the pump port is connected with the solenoid valve, it should act at the same time as the pump.
3. When the ambient temperature is too high, the temperature of the oil will rise, the viscosity will decrease, the saturated vapor pressure will increase, and the ultimate vacuum will decrease, especially the total pressure measured by the thermocouple meter. The ultimate vacuum can be improved by strengthening ventilation and heat dissipation or by improving the performance of pump oil.
4. Check the ultimate vacuum of the pump with the compression mercury vacuum gauge. If the gauge is fully pre-pumped and verified, the pump temperature is stable, and the pump port is directly connected with the gauge, and the pump will reach the ultimate vacuum within 30 minutes of operation. The values measured by the total pressure gauge are related to the pump oil and vacuum gauge and regulatory errors, sometimes even large, and are only for reference.
5. If the relative temperature is high, or the pumped gas contains more condensable steam, it is advisable to open the gas valve after the pumped container is connected, and close the gas valve after 20-40 minutes of operation. Before stopping the pump, the valve can be opened for 30 minutes without load to prolong the life of the pump oil.
6. Oil selection: the viscosity of the pump oil affects the starting power and the ultimate vacuum of the pump. High viscosity is beneficial to the vacuum degree, and the starting power is larger. The saturated vapor pressure of the oil at the pump temperature will affect the ultimate total pressure of the pump, the lower the better. High speed vacuum pump oil and 3 well diffusion pump oil have higher viscosity and lower saturated vapor pressure than No. 1 vacuum pump oil, but the price of No. 3 diffusion pump oil is higher. The specific choice of what oil, according to the above introduction combined with specific use requirements to choose.
(1) if the vacuum degree is not high, and the pollution of oil frequent replacement, vacuum pump oil supply difficulties, can be replaced by No. 50 mechanical oil.
(2) if the ambient temperature is low, the starting is difficult, the limit vacuum requirement is not high, the viscosity is lower than the real house pump oil or mechanical oil can be used
